• Payments: Orders.ng is not liable for any payment disputes between customers and vendors.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Customer Agreement for Orders.ng

This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Orders.ng ("Platform") and the customer ("Customer"). By accessing and using Orders.ng, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below:

1. Account Registration

a. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information during registration.

b. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under their account.

2. Prohibited Activities

a. Customers shall not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities while using the Platform.

b. Orders.ng reserves the right to terminate any account found in violation of these terms.

3. Orders and Payments

a. All orders placed on the Platform are subject to availability and verification.

b. Customers agree to pay the full amount for the products, including any applicable delivery fees, as specified during the checkout process.

4. Returns and Refunds

a. Customers may return defective or substandard products in accordance with the return policy specified on the Platform.

b. Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval by the Platform.

5. Delivery Terms

a. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.

b. Customers agree to provide accurate delivery addresses and ensure availability to receive orders.

6. Product Listings and Liability

a. Orders.ng acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors and is not directly responsible for the quality or authenticity of the products.

b. Any disputes regarding products must be resolved directly with the vendor, with Orders.ng providing support where necessary.

7. Data Protection

a. Orders.ng will collect and process customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

b. Customers agree to the use of their data for order processing, communication, and service improvement purposes.

8. Termination of Use

a. Orders.ng reserves the right to terminate or restrict a customer’s access to the Platform for violating these terms.

b. Customers may delete their account at any time by contacting customer support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orders.ng shall not be held liable for:

a. Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.

b. Losses incurred from the use of the Platform, except in cases of proven negligence by Orders.ng.

Vendor Agreement for Orders.ng

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Orders.ng ("Platform") and the undersigned vendor ("Vendor"). By registering on Orders.ng, the Vendor agrees to the terms outlined below:

1. Registration Requirements

a. Vendor agrees to pay a non-refundable registration fee as specified during the registration process.

b. Vendor shall provide accurate and complete business information, including product listings and other required details.

c. All information provided will be verified before the Vendor’s business page becomes active on the Platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

a. Vendor agrees not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise dubious activities.

b. The Platform reserves the right to terminate the Vendor's account upon discovery of such activities.

3. Product Standards

a. Vendor shall ensure all products listed meet quality and safety standards.

b. Any defective or substandard products must be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Delivery Radius

a. Vendor shall specify a delivery radius for free delivery services.

b. Vendors may incorporate the cost of free delivery into the listed prices of their items.

5. Liability

a. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and business information.

b. The Platform shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from the Vendor’s actions or products.

6. Termination

a. Orders.ng reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Vendor violates any of the terms outlined herein.

b. Upon termination, all Vendor listings and associated business pages will be removed from the Platform.
